Lift annual results, fast
FAST sets the annual targets, designs quarterly challenges and ensures sufficient improvement activity is in place to deliver goals. Level specific contributions are aligned, skills developed and effective review keeps performance on track.
Senior management is accountable to deliver key strategic initiatives that transform focus area results. Typically, 2 – 4 strategic projects are identified and delivered to improve value stream performance or introduce innovation.
Management is accountable to ensure capacity meets forecast demand and customer expectations. This is achieved by identifying and delivering process improvement opportunities using fast projects.
Supervision is accountable to deliver monthly performance plans by optimising operational capability. This is achieved by setting process targets, supporting teams, analysing performance and improving work processes.
Front-line teams are accountable to deliver daily targets to standard, with minimal waste. This is achieved by collecting accurate data, generating ideas, improving work practices and standardising work procedures.
