One day workshop for operational managers
The challenge to deliver improvement targets is never ending. Poor planning and execution of improvement projects presents a significant opportunity loss and is avoidable.
The purpose of this one day workshop is to provide operational managers and supervisors a FAST system that will assist participants design customised improvement plans and accelerate delivery.
Various case study examples will be provided and technology that accelerates delivery will be demonstrated. An opportunity will be provided to design an improvement plan.
The topics that will be covered include:

On job coaching can be arranged if required and technology can be made available.
Cost of the workshop per participant including on-site visits:
- 1 = $975
- 2 = $750
- 3+= $650
Costs exclude GST and travel if out of town visits are required. Costs include the use of enabling tools to accelerate project delivery. Participants are required to select an improvement or innovation project prior to the workshop and bring along any information that may be relevant and useful in planning the project.
If you are not able to attend the workshop for which you are registered, you may substitute another person in your place at any time with no penalty.
If you wish to cancel your registration 15 days or more before the workshop, you will receive a complete refund, minus a $100 processing fee per cancelled ticket. No refunds will be issued to any registration cancelled 14 days or less before the event.
